There is a growing sense that we are living in a society where tensions, aggression and disagreements can easily escalate into confrontation.
Do our feelings reflect reality?
During this talk, we will attempt to identify the sense of insecurity, analyse its causes, and find ways to prevent and resolve conflicts.
