Naval Museum of Aeronautics

The only museum in France dedicated solely to naval aviation, "of international quality" say the connoisseurs, on the historic site of the Navy in Rochefort.
Thirty-three aircraft, from the Dewoitine 520 to the Super Frelon and the Crusader. 1500 exceptional models, from the Zeppelin to the rocket plane and the Furtif of the Gulf War, 200 museographic pieces, a library with a thousand volumes, all displayed on nearly 4000 M2.
ANAMAN volunteers have been maintaining and restoring the collection's aircraft and helicopters since 1990.

Free access to the shop on Tuesday and Saturday afternoons.

Guided tours from January to June and from September to December:
-Tuesdays at 9.30 am and 2.30 pm,
-Saturdays at 2.30pm,
-Fridays during school holidays (except July and August) at 2.30pm.

The meeting room can accommodate up to 15 people.
In the event of an orange heatwave alert, please visit in the morning where possible. The museum reserves the right to close in the event of a red heatwave alert.
