This bright, single-storey 45m² cottage is ideally located 150m from the thermal baths and 450m from Place Colbert in a small residence secured by a key and a digital code. It comprises 5 small houses and 1 flat (capacity 2/4 people). All our tenants are exclusively spa guests, ensuring peace and quiet throughout your stay.
The pleasantly decorated house has 2 bedrooms. One has a 140x190cm double bed, dressing room and television, the other has 2 single beds (90x190cm) and cupboards.
The living room has a table and 4 chairs, as well as a television and two armchairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3-ring induction hob (ceramic hob available on request), extractor hood, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and everything you need for cooking.
The spacious shower room is equipped with a large vanity unit and a heated towel rail.
An outdoor area is available for your use in the courtyard with garden furniture.
You can enjoy a barbecue shared with the other lodgings. A communal washing machine is also at your disposal, as well as a private letterbox and an intercom.
