This former painter’s studio, converted into a loft, is ideal for holidays with family or friends. This unique property features three living areas. The ground floor comprises a large entrance hall, perfect for storing bikes or rinsing your feet after a day at the beach, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds on a mezzanine level), and a shower room with a toilet. A staircase leads to the second level, which opens onto a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a bright, cosy lounge area, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a separate toilet, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath. Finally, on the third level, you’ll find a mezzanine opening onto the living room with games for the children and a study area, as well as a very pleasant bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be joined to form a 180cm bed.
This house combines the charm of wood with highly appreciated comforts, such as the large sofas perfect for relaxing. Its location is ideal... You can park your car nearby and forget about it for the duration of your stay: the beach, the market and the restaurants are just a 2-minute walk away!
