The flat is located in a very quiet area with free parking. The spa is 1.7 kilometres away, so you can walk there in 25 minutes. If you prefer to drive, there's a 3-week parking package for €35, so you can park easily near the thermal baths. You'll be 1 kilometre from a shopping centre and less than 2 kilometres from the city centre and the famous Place Colbert.
