Make yourself at home in this cosy flat on the first floor of the owners’ house, in a particularly quiet street in Échillais, close to the famous Pont Transbordeur. An ideal location for enjoying a relaxing stay whilst remaining close to Rochefort and its thermal baths.
As far as spa treatments are concerned, the location is particularly convenient: the Rochefort thermal baths are just a 12-minute drive away. If you prefer to use public transport, the ‘La Renaissance’ stop, situated about 200 metres from the accommodation, is served by Line A, which takes you to the thermal baths in around 20 minutes. A handy way to get to your spa without having to drive every day.
Finally, on-street parking is easy and free – a real bonus for spa guests arriving by car.
The flat opens onto an entrance hall leading to a separate, functional and cosy kitchen. You’ll also find a bright living room with a balcony and a lounge area, equipped with a sofa bed (140). The bedroom features a 140 bed and a desk. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.
For your moments of relaxation and daily walks, you’ll particularly appreciate the proximity of the Chemin de Charente, a pleasant waterside route, ideal for getting some fresh air or simply enjoying the surrounding natural setting. The shops in Échillais (pharmacy, supermarket), located nearby, also allow you to do your shopping and access essential services without having to travel far.
