From the street, you enter your accommodation through the main entrance door, which leads to all three flats, then take the first door on the left (the red door). Manon’s flat features a kitchen with a dining area, a lounge area with a fold-out bed (a comfortable sofa that converts into a 140 x 190 bed with a high-quality mattress), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
The flat has a mezzanine less than 1.80 metres high, with two 90 x 190 beds fitted with comfortable mattresses and built-in cupboards… Ideal for children! (Or for adults, but please note that the mezzanine ceiling is sloped). There is plenty of storage space and all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay, whether it’s for a few days or several weeks.
When you step out of your accommodation, the corridor leads directly to a terrace with a large table and several chairs, as well as a shaded pergola area, which is very popular with guests.
The accommodation is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, a 5-minute walk from the town centre, the railway station, the Rochefort Tourist Office, the marina, the spa, and local shops.
You’re just 30 minutes from La Rochelle, Saintes and Royan, or 10 minutes from the beaches at Fouras.
The property is on one level (not including the mezzanine); we can lend you a fan and a cool box.
