It is located on a rocky cliff facing the ocean, at 9 rue Louise Molière, about 600 metres from the centre and its pedestrian street and 1,800 metres from the ‘Les Thalassîles’ residence, where you can enjoy free access to the clubhouse with its aquatic and fitness areas.
The villa ‘La Mouclière’, classified as a ‘3* furnished tourist accommodation’, is a holiday rental for 4 to 7 people with modern comforts, fully equipped and in harmony with nature thanks to its semi-shaded garden and magnificent views of the ocean.
The charm of an authentic Fouras villa, ‘La Mouclière’ adds the luxury of space with its 70 m², a 15 m² summer lounge under its vine arbour and an enclosed garden designed so that our four-legged friends can also enjoy their holidays in complete freedom.
A spacious living room measuring over 20 m² welcomes you around the coffee table, with its large, comfortable sofa bed. A large flat-screen LED television (107 cm) with access to over 230 channels via Freebox, a Blu-ray player and a hi-fi system with two speakers complete your comfort.
Your comfort continues with the two bathrooms in your accommodation (shower, washbasin, storage, towel dryer and WC): one on the ground floor and the other upstairs in the master bedroom. A level of equipment well above the standards of a 5* furnished tourist accommodation!
The fully equipped kitchen will allow even the most discerning gourmets to delight their guests.
Upstairs, a landing leads to the master bedroom, the children's bedroom and the toilet. The master bedroom has a large bathroom.
On one side, the comfort of the 160x200 memory foam bed in the master bedroom, its wardrobe for your clothes, and its balcony with ocean views. On the other side, the playful comfort of bunk beds (90x200), storage space, and ocean views that will delight children.
Under the arbour, the large garden table and matching chairs will accommodate all your guests. Here you can enjoy, in complete tranquillity, summery grilled dishes cooked to perfection on the Weber™ barbecue.
If you manage to resist the temptation to laze around on the sun loungers in your semi-shaded garden, the beach at the end of your garden will tempt young and old alike.
Staying at La Mouclière also gives children the opportunity to play in the small children's park on the other side of the cul-de-sac or to join the beach club 200 metres from the house.
And if the ocean has receded with the tide, why not treat yourself to a visit to the Thalassiles clubhouse, located about 1,800 metres away, where you will find a swimming pool and sunny terraces with turquoise blue lagoon water at 29°C. You may even succumb to the temptation of a massage bath in the spa.
During this period marked by COVID-19, our cleaning and maintenance team has reinforced its cleaning and disinfection protocol. They have never had a set time to prepare your villa, just one mission: to hand you the keys to a villa free of any trace of previous occupation.
In 2020, to accomplish this mission, they spent an average of 6 hours of intensive work preparing a three-bedroom villa and 4 hours and 15 minutes for a two-bedroom villa.

Discovery of a confirmed case of COVID-19 or mandatory quarantine among the occupants of the accommodation, and on the other hand, a credit note for the amount paid if a lockdown is imposed, making it impossible to travel between the occupants' homes and the ‘Les Thalassîles’ residence.
