This large house, located in a very quiet area, is ideal for holidays with family or friends, or for a spa break. The house has a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, three bedrooms (the first with a 140 x 190 bed, the second with two 80 x 190 pull-out beds that can be joined to form a 160 x 190 bed, and the third with two 90 x 190 bunk beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
In all seasons, you can enjoy the large enclosed garden surrounding the house.
You are only a 13-minute drive from the Rochefort thermal baths, a 10-minute drive from the north beach of Fouras and a 25-minute drive from La Rochelle city centre.
