Stéphanie will be delighted to welcome you to our 39m² one-bedroom flat, which has just been completely renovated. Spacious and comfortable, you can relax in the courtyard, adorned with vines and hydrangeas, and enjoy the sunshine. In a quiet location, 300m from the train station and 600m from the thermal baths, the single-storey flat is located at the rear of a house divided into two well-insulated and easily accessible flats. Parking is free on the street. The accommodation is fully equipped, heated, air-conditioned and has fibre optic Ethernet sockets in the living room and bedroom. In the bedroom, there is a 140 cm bed with a large dressing room and a small desk/dressing table. In the living room, a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed provides two additional sleeping places.
It is possible to combine this property with the T3 La Vigne to obtain 3 bedrooms/sleeps 6. It is possible to rent during the week outside of school holidays. Short stays (3-4 nights) are possible on request.
