The brewery - La Nacelle

Our independent craft brewery offers certified organic beers brewed in Rochefort (bottles and barrels). The malted cereals used are mainly produced by the Malterie de L'Ouest located in Bernay Saint Martin (17) which selects quality cereals, grown locally (New Aquitaine). Our beers are naturally refermented in the bottle and are neither filtered nor pasteurised. It is therefore natural that a slight deposit (yeast) settles at the bottom of the bottle after refermentation.
Our brewer, Frantz, pays particular attention to the hops used in his recipes. He also likes to work with oatmeal to give a silky texture in the mouth that gives a cloudy aspect to our beers.
