Exhibition : The Charente, the taste of a river

Before the book 'The Taste of a River, the Charente', there was the adventure. An exploration of the river, the countries and the landscapes. Meetings around food.

After the book, the adventure continues. The exhibition thus offers an immersion in the landscapes where our food is born. At the beginning, the great cartography of the river, traced of the adventure as experienced by the author, invites us to connect with the river. A series of landscape/food dialogues invites us to cook the river, to explore its flavours.

This path leads to another map of the river: yours. A large-format invitation to remember, imagine and testify. A unique and ephemeral fresco in which each visitor participates. Nearby, an immersive space allows you to extend the experience: listen, look at the river, enter into correspondence with the Charente. Write to him, send messages.
