Presentation Ceremony at the ' Hors les Murs ' Flag

The City of Fouras will host, on Friday, June 19, 2026, the 2nd Flag Presentation Ceremony (PAD) 'Outside the Walls' of the EFSOAAE company 2026-06, in the presence of civil and military authorities, chaired by Air Brigadier General Thierry FLUXA.

A highlight of the non-commissioned officer cadets' careers, this ceremony symbolizes their commitment to the service of France and marks the beginning of their career in the Air and Space Force. It will be chaired by Thierry Fluxa, commander of the Rochefort Air and Space Force non-commissioned officer training school.

9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. – Fort Vauban
Official ceremony and parade of troops in front of Fort Vauban.

11:00 am to 11:45 am – The Salons du Parc

Fourasins and curious people wishing to attend this event are welcome. In order to preserve the smooth running of the ceremony, they will be invited to stand behind the families of the non-commissioned officer cadets.
