Children's comic book signing by Nicolas Grebil

Fnac Rochefort will welcome illustrator Nicolas Grebil for a book signing of volume 2 of his children's comic book ‘L'île de minuit’ (Midnight Island). It will be almost like a home game for Nicolas, who now lives in La Rochelle!

Nicolas Grebil is a children's illustrator. After graduating from the Ecole Pivaut in Nantes in 2012, he went on to illustrate novels for dyslexic children for publishing houses, then worked on graphic design projects in the entertainment industry.
In 2019, he moved to La Rochelle, where he juggles painting, school visits, graphic design projects, press illustrations and children's illustrations. In 2023, he launched his career in children's comics.

L’île de minuit – Volume 2 – La femme aux singes:
Hector's betrayal has damaged the trust within the small group. While Elijah and Elena continue to obey the automaton, Maya and Charlie oppose it.
Through their contact with Charlie, who has been living alone on the island for years, Maya, Elijah and Elena learn more about their prison.
In particular, they learn of the presence of an adult woman who lives in the marshes with a horde of monkeys under her command.
As they hesitate to go and meet this mysterious woman, one of the boys is caught in one of Charlie's traps: the newcomer cannot remember his name or where he comes from. Once they have recovered from the shock, the children decide to go to the marshes to find the woman with the monkeys, in the hope that she will provide answers to their questions.
Driven by curiosity, Maya decides to accompany them, disobeying the automaton's last order to go to the lighthouse...
