Coffee and a chat: The role of women in architecture

In the form of a coffee morning, Valentine Chaigneau, an architect with HMONP (Accreditation for Project Management under New Procedures) for around ten years, will speak candidly about her profession and the role of women in architecture.
Today, although women account for 45 per cent of those registered with the Order of Architects, perceptions of this profession can be stereotypical and, at times, even caricatured. Drawing on her personal experience, Valentine Chaigneau will reveal the realities on the ground and share a few anecdotes.
