Charity concert featuring world music performed by the La Clandestine choir

he charity ‘Cent pour Un toit – Pays rochefortais’, with the support of the La Clandestine choir from La Rochelle, conducted by Priscilia BOUSSIQUET, takes the audience on a musical and vocal journey through a varied repertoire of traditional and folk polyphonic songs from six continents.

With the beauty of its melodies and lyrics, and the music of languages and words, the concert invites you on a journey carried by the wings of boundless polyphony – a journey across cultures. The audience will thus journey from one soundscape to another, listening to the beauty of our world: Hawaii, Georgia, Japan, Peru, Algeria, Brazil, Israel, Ukraine, Senegal… and so mTany other countries, like a detailed vocal map of our six continents. So many cultures inviting us to come together.
