Come and represent cyclists from the North-West in purple!
Setting off at 9.55 am from Fouras Town Hall, heading towards Rochefort.

    The aim!
The aim of the ride is to bring together all the cyclists in the region for a fun and friendly event.

Cycling is our best way to get around the Rochefort area!
The Convergence Vélo will demonstrate this by bringing together hundreds of cyclists. It is a festive, family-friendly event organised as part of the national ‘Mai à Vélo’ campaign.

The routes suggested below largely follow the route of the future developments in the CARO’s cycling masterplan.
The Convergence allows cyclists to familiarise themselves with these routes and thus highlight their essential role in our region.

The walk is free and open to everyone. Check the map to find the departure point and time nearest to you, and join us – dressed in the colours of your route – on the morning of Sunday 3 May, whether on your own, with your family and children, or with friends. We’ll all head towards the Cours d’Ablois in Rochefort!

From the Cours d’Ablois, join a festive parade to the Clos Lapérouse grounds. There, we can relax and enjoy a convivial picnic with plenty of entertainment for young and old alike (catering, repair workshop, agility course, Mobilimix game, smoothie bike, launch of the Géovélo Challenge and presentation of the CARO Cycling Master Plan). Followed by family Sundays organised by Le Clos.
