A range of activities are on offer during these Heritage Days:
- Exhibition ‘Not Everything Is Dark: Metal in Life and Death’ by Corentin Charbonnier
Through an immersion in the world of metal, the exhibition offers a sensitive and profound exploration of the links between nature and death, two foundational themes of the genre. Guided tour of the exhibition, Saturday at 10.30 am and 2.30 pm.
- Written Heritage, the bicentenary of photography: Jigsaw puzzle competition
Come and join us in piecing together images from our collections. On offer: 110, 192 and 500-piece jigsaw puzzles! One jigsaw puzzle to win in each category.
Sunday from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm – several sessions throughout the afternoon.
Reception in the Passage des Amériques. Limited places – booking required
- Want to contribute without taking part in the competition? A collaborative 1,000-piece jigsaw will be open to everyone: add a few pieces and reveal a work from our historical collections! Saturday from 10.00 to 18.00 and Sunday from 14.00 to 18.00.
- Heritage Space Open Day
Tour of the archives and a chance to discover the treasures of paper preserved at the media library.
Sunday from 2 pm to 6 pm – meet in the Heritage Room.
