The ‘Un week-end bien Loti’ festival is organising its third edition. This year's theme is India, in connection with Pierre Loti's travel stories, particularly ‘L'Inde sans les Anglais’ (India without the English), published in 1903. As last year, a costume parade will be held on Friday after school, this time in fuchsia and orange.
A varied programme of events will punctuate the weekend, including parades, street theatre, meetings, animated readings, exhibitions, concerts, sketches, dance and competitions, all linked to the world of Pierre Loti and his travels in India.
We will therefore pay tribute to Pierre Loti by organising a big, festive weekend for everyone to enjoy!
