LE KIFF explores pleasure in all its forms, from the most intimate to the most exuberant. The performance captures those moments of joy we dare to embrace… or hold back. Blending dance, theatre, and lip-sync, emotions come vividly to life. Between the desire to shine and the fear of revealing oneself, everyone can relate. Inspired by 1950s–60s musicals, it plays on contrasts.
The staging surprises, entertains, and moves deeply. Its soundtrack spans the decades, bringing generations together. Accessible to all, it invites audiences to share a joyful, collective energy. You leave feeling light, uplifted… and with an irresistible urge to dance.

Mister Chatterbox – Caribbean / Blues / Reggae
This multi-instrumentalist quartet, known for its humour and infectious joy, serves up a sunny musical cocktail blending ska, rocksteady, reggae, biguine, blues… and even funk.
Composed largely of original tracks with Caribbean, bluesy, and groovy influences, their repertoire will inevitably set your feet tapping, spark the urge to sway closely, and transport you to sunnier shores—flip-flops on your feet and a floral shirt on your back.

These high-energy musicians are ready to unleash a powerful wave of sound. Their live performances propel audiences into the cosmos at supersonic speed. If you love electrifying riffs, Lucky Pepper is exactly what you need!
This turbo-charged quartet moves effortlessly between Louisiana sounds, garage rock, and rock’n’roll, spreading contagious energy and spontaneity whose vibrations echo across the galaxy.

NATIONAL NAVAL MUSEUM – Hôtel de Cheusses

Located in the former residence of naval commanders, the National Naval Museum traces four centuries of maritime history. From the creation of the arsenal in the late 17th century to the development of naval aviation in the 20th century, it tells the story of the Navy in Rochefort while opening onto a broader global maritime perspective. Models, tools, paintings, and sculptures reflect the arsenal’s activities, including shipbuilding.

Escape Game “To the Diving Station!” – 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm
Inside a submarine, a serious malfunction puts your crew in danger. Work together to find clues, overcome obstacles, and save the sailors and your vessel… Hurry, time is running out!

Collection Visits
During the Arsenal Mondays, the museum remains open until 7 pm. The end of the day offers a special opportunity to explore the collections in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

READINGS AT THE KING’S KITCHEN GARDEN – 6:30 pm
Heritage Department of the City of Rochefort
Take a peaceful break beneath the cherry tree in the calm and restful setting of the King’s Kitchen Garden, in good company. Let yourself be carried away by tales of extraordinary journeys and explore unusual musical worlds.

LOTI, A STAY IN BEIJING
In August 1900, having just returned from Persia, Loti sets off again for China aboard the Redoutable, joining the international fleet engaged in the Boxer Rebellion. He brings back a post-war account filled with striking and sometimes harrowing images, where the collapse of a world intertwines with the wonder of discovering one of humanity’s oldest civilisations. This would become the book “The Last Days of Beijing”.
Musical reading with guide Maryse Vila-Cornellas, accompanied by musician Nolwenn Skolle (flute, vocals).

LE CLOS LAPÉROUSE
Bistro and concert
Volunteers welcome visitors every Monday in a brand-new space behind the main hall. Larger, more beautiful, greener, with views over the Charente!
From 7 pm, doors open to gather, eat, drink, and enjoy the light of a summer evening with live music. One aim: to feel good together.

L’ACCRO-MÂTS
A unique treetop adventure inspired by the frigate L’Hermione: climb from 6 to 30 metres high, move from mast to mast, and become a sailor for an evening! During Arsenal Mondays, enjoy late openings with departures until 9 pm and closing at 10 pm.

LE RADE DE LA MÉDUSE
Right next door, this seaside-style guinguette is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or a bite during the summer season, with concerts, dance classes, and weekly events. During Arsenal Mondays, a DJ keeps the atmosphere going before and after the concerts for a festive evening at the foot of the Accro-Mâts.
