International Archives Week

From 8 to 13 June, the Rochefort Ocean Archives, the Historical Service of the Defence, the Media Library, the Geographical Society, the Maritime Museum and the Old School of Naval Medicine offer you visits and exchanges around the richness of the written heritage, graphic and audiovisual aspects of the territory.

At the Rochefort Media Library, come and discover the heritage collection as well as the old municipal archives: letters, newspapers, postcards, papers of all kinds...

We also invite you to a tour of the conservation store.

- Tour of the archive on 12 June at 4.00 pm and 13 June at 10.00 am
- Presentation of documents on 12 June at 4.20 pm and 13 June at 10.20 am
- On Saturday 13 June from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm, the Written Heritage Department also invites you to its open day for a guided tour and a chance to explore its collections.
