Theatrical readings

The Montoridot troupe offers theatrical readings, an appetizer for the open-air theatre festival that will be held from 1 to 4 August in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée.
On the program, you can attend the fairy tale The Savage, written by Madame de Murat, a 17th century novelist, which tells the story of the young Princess Constantine who, to escape a misalliance, flees to Sicily, disguised as a knight.
Then, in a completely different register, will follow the reading of a one-act farce by the playwright René de Obaldia, a former member of the Académie française, whose writing is both lyrical and trivial, sprinkled with a very acidic humour.
