Two scientists from the very serious (and totally fictitious) Interdisciplinary Research Group for Electoral Functions (the G.I.R.A.F.E.) Claim to have the infallible method to win any election. In front of an audience of future candidates... Which is none other than the public, they unscrupulously reveal the recipes for a victorious campaign: how to build an attractive program, make the conflict disappear, succeed in communication, talk without saying anything...
