Conference: Saunier, a traditional trade

Michèle Jean-Bart, a salt worker on the Île de Ré, tells us the story of the salt marshes and introduces us to her profession throughout the seasons. You will learn everything there is to know about the production of white gold, which has shaped the landscapes of Charente-Maritime for centuries.
