During this event, participants will have the opportunity to learn the basics of arc welding, including the selection and preparation of materials, safety during welding, and the use of equipment such as arc welding machines. Topics covered include:
Basic theory of arc welding: Understanding the fundamental principles of arc welding, including types of welds, metals used and safety standards.

Welding practice: Participants will have the opportunity to put what they have learnt into practice by carrying out welds under the supervision of experienced instructors.
Other types of welding machines: The different types of welding machines and the various materials they can weld.
