Gîte "Changement d'Air" for 2-3 people (rated 2 stars) in the village of Saint-Nazaire-sur-Charente, 3 kms from the sea and 15 kms from Rochefort-sur-Mer.
Shops 800m away: bakery, grocery, bar-tobacco-press, 2 pizza takeaways, hairdresser, etc.
The 38m² single-storey studio apartment, which can accommodate a couple and a child, is located next to the owners' house (but not adjoining). It has its own entrance and parking space in front of the gîte.
Lounge/living room: sofa bed, flat-screen TV, library, board games available.

-Kitchen area: two electric hotplates, combined microwave/grill, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, multi-function mixer, crockery, etc. (cleaning products and basic condiments available).
A pleasant terrace surrounded by greenery with a barbecue and garden furniture.
A washing machine is available in a separate laundry room, as well as an ironing board and iron, and a clothes line.
End-of-stay cleaning package available on request (€50). Optional hire of sheets (€20) and household linen (€10).
Weekly rental (tourist tax not included); curist package (3 weeks) depending on period.
