Pâtisserie Blanche Maclaine

Blanche Maclaine is a young pastry chef with an unconventional career path. After completing a double Bachelor’s degree in Art History and History in Paris, she set off to pursue her passion by enrolling at the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon. There, she learnt rigour, perseverance and high standards through numerous work placements with internationally renowned chefs, which punctuated her three years of study. Returning to her home region in 2024, she decided to put all her knowledge into practice and launched her click-and-collect patisserie, driven by a desire to create unique, creative and delicious pastries.
Driven by her passion, Blanche developed a wealth of ideas and creative experiments, producing ever more tempting and indulgent pastries, with an attention to detail and perfection that became her trademark.
It was in June 2025, following a serendipitous encounter, that she decided to open her patisserie shop in Rochefort. Strategically located at the entrance to Rochefort, easily accessible and with parking spaces right outside, it allows Rochefort’s food lovers and curious visitors from La Rochelle to discover new sweet delights.
In her patisserie, Blanche Maclaine offers delicate and refined creations, with a menu that changes with the seasons, as well as a collection of specialities inspired by Rochefort’s heritage.
