Situated in the heart of the forest on the Ile d'Aix, 45 minutes from the port, this 19th-century fortification invites you on a journey through the galleries of time! Don't wait any longer to discover this place where art and history meet. Do you dare to venture into the heart of this fort, reputed to be ‘impregnable’?

Your visit to Fort Liédot: Self-guided tour of Fort Liédot: wander through the fort's galleries to discover its history and architecture. A permanent exhibition explains the history of Fort Boyard and the creation of the TV game show.

Included in the visit: challenges for children to complete with their parents, for a family-friendly experience! :
    - The mini-adventurer challenge: for 3-6 year-olds: find the silhouettes of Napoleon in the fort to colour in your support!
    - The adventurer's challenge: for 6-12 year-olds: go in search of clues scattered around the fort to solve the riddles in your log book! Antique wooden games available at the end of the visit.
Flash visits (20 minutes) at 11:30 am, 12:00 pm, and 3:30 pm, 4:00 pm, around one of the following themes: the fort's occupants, architecture, or the belt of fire.

Exhibition: ‘Immersions between estuaries and sea’.
Experience a unique immersion under the sea, without a wetsuit or scuba tank!
In the renovated 400 m2 of one of the fort's bastions, a poetic and sensitive journey takes you into the sea of the estuaries, between continent and ocean.
More than just an exhibition, it's an astonishing discovery on the surface of fresh and salt water, but also on the seabed, as close as possible to the species and their habitats of sand, mud and rock.

Ticket office closes 30 minutes before the site closes.
