  • The Port-des-Barques Local History Club, to mark the 15th anniversary of Storm Xynthia, is organising an exhibition on ‘Two centuries of storms in Port-des-Barques’. A lecture will be given on Saturday at 2pm by historian Thierry Sauzeau. Also: Reading of testimonials, continuous slideshow. Screening of the documentary ‘Storm Xynthia. The Warning’ on the big screen on Sunday at 2pm. A 44-page brochure will be published for the occasion.
