We are delighted to welcome chef Daniel Massé for his latest book, ‘La Cuisine de l'Ile de Ré’.

For his third book devoted to cooking, chef Daniel Massé has chosen to honour the traditional recipes of the Ile de Ré, drawing on the culinary memories of many of the island's inhabitants. These are dishes that speak of the island's gastronomic heritage, of fish caught locally in season, of tasty shellfish caught by the family, of traditional and timeless dishes that are part of the history of the island and have united generations around the table.
