Christian festival in Charente-Maritime

The Christian Festival in Charente-Maritime is kicking off its fourth season with a film screening and discussion dedicated to the search for meaning, featuring the beautiful documentary ‘Libres’ (Free).
The nuns and monks who appear in the documentary ‘Libres’ talk about their former lives, their addictions, their inner emptiness, their commitment and their quest for the essential in a rapidly changing world in which it is easy to lose one's footing.
The screening will be followed by a talk by Brother Michaël-Marie, a Dominican from Bordeaux, who will share his views on the subject and answer our questions.
The event will end around 7.30 pm with a friendly and convivial drink!
