Jazz Wednesdays -Fouras

Jazz Wednesdays invite you to (re)discover the commune of Fouras.

On the programme:

5:00 PM – Musical Reading at the Fouras Media Library. As part of the “Seaside Reading” programme, a musical reading will explore the history of jazz, featuring Isabelle Pradeau (reading) accompanied on saxophone by Xavier San Miguel. Fouras Museum – “The Belle Vue Hotel Suitcase” is a fun and original mystery game in which you must uncover the identity of a mysterious jazz musician by exploring the contents of their suitcase. With observation and deduction, alone or in a team, solve this free puzzle activity offered during Jazz Wednesdays. 7:00 PM – Concert: Christophe Brunard – “Connection”. Guitarist Christophe Brunard offers a fresh take on gypsy jazz, with fiery swing that transforms traditional tunes. A true family affair... Father and son pay tribute to musette jazz waltzes, the music of Django Reinhardt, American jazz standards, and classic French songs. A music where swing lives, breathes, and plays in tune with its time.
