‘URBAN CULTURE’ EVENING

WARM-UP: BESCRI

A key figure in the urban culture scene of the Rochefort and La Rochelle area for several decades, Bescri has emerged stronger than ever from a break from the scene. Following on from Los Niglos, Le Fleau du Haut Parleur and other projects, Bescri is hitting the road once more, with all due modesty, to showcase his lyrics, which will soon be available on an EP (seven tracks with a variety of sounds).
A project developed over a long period with the help of musician friends, this warm-up marks a new, more personal and intimate beginning.


BATTLE JUNIOR with DJ Oogie Boogie

Every week, dozens of young dancers practise hip hop under the guidance of adults and instructors from the Pyramid Company. Every week, in a dedicated space at the heart of the La Gélinerie neighbourhood, everyone strives to push their own limits in complete safety. This ‘Battle Junior’ is a milestone in the annual programme, allowing participants to gauge their own progress and assess their development within a group setting. The spirit of kindness and camaraderie inherent in hip-hop culture takes centre stage.


Doors open at 7.30 pm – Refreshments and light snacks available on site.
