Show: Dancing with Books

Infused with poetic moments and small narrative touches full of humour and derision, ‘Dance with Books’ combines hip-hop dance, mime and burlesque. The book, as the sole common thread, becomes a true element of scenography, visual, auditory and olfactory. Through the manipulation of this object, three protagonists meet, confront each other and mischievously question its place in their lives. Between bodies and sets, the show pays true homage to the book. Sometimes sacred, sometimes hated, often adored, it is transformed into a true everyday object.
