The weather forecast promises a glorious day, perfect for a picnic. Mr and Mrs Mokett, who are usually safely tucked away at home, decide to step outside. But no sooner have they opened the door than they are overwhelmed: din, conflicting messages, oppressive news. The outside world assails them....
