Electroplume

Electroplume is a unique project in that it uses drums to accompany birdsong.

Common, rare or exotic, birds all have a melody, a rhythm for us to hear. Christophe Piot has put his ear to the ground and come up with a poetic, rhythmic selection. His compositions combine the rhythms of the instrument with the songs of birds collected in the countryside. You'll recognise a lark or a thrush, but you'll also appreciate rare moments like the groove of a blackbird or a magpie that gives the bass drum a run for its money.
