Pascaline Mitaranga lives and works in Rochefort. She is both an illustrator and a painter. She creates books for young people in which animals, whether facetious or serious, speak of us, between realism and the imaginary. She also uses pastels and paint to capture fragile moments in the landscapes that surround her. A heritage treasure trove with unique items and many links with the collections of Rochefort's museums, come and discover this place, where the thousand treasures of Rochefort's written heritage are kept.

Follow the compass rose! It will lead you to the Médiathèque, in the heart of the Corderie Royale.
Take part in a workshop to create imaginary maps and fabulous globes, visit the reserves and see old, curious or simply beautiful cartographic objects!

Presentation of documents and tour of the media library's heritage reserves.
