Accompanied by readings, this guided tour takes you from the monument built in his memory to the cemetery where most of his relatives are buried. For it is at the bottom of the garden of the Maison des Aïeules in Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron that Pierre Loti finally chose to rest for eternity "sheltered from profane curiosity".
