L’art s’invite à l’Office de Tourisme : exposition d'oeuvres de l’artothèque des Ondines

The Fouras Tourist Information Office is launching a new initiative to promote art and culture in Fouras-les-Bains and Rochefort Océan as a whole: a work of art will be on display each season to illustrate the period and offer a fresh look at local artists, inspired by the area and its surroundings, providing creative inspiration in photography, painting, engraving and printmaking.

4 works and 4 artists will follow one another, each time with an associated event: "One work, one artist", a privileged meeting with the artist, present for 2 hours at the Tourist Office, to present their approach, techniques and themes, their career and share their artistic universe through the work on display.

From 8 April to 27 June: Eik, Tilman Eichhorm: "Arbre", silkscreen print
From 28 June to 6 October: Alain Dumont: "Jour de fête", painting
From 7 October to 15 December: Anne Zablot: "Waapi", painting, mixed media
From 16 December to 1 March: Jean-François Porcher, "Pieux et bouchots", photography.
